Jonathan places a high value on being a good listener and providing input to his clients that is understandable. He enjoys interacting with people and helping them understand the big picture in regards to their homes.

Jonathan was born and raised in Raleigh. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. Jonathan has performed over 5,000 home inspections since receiving his home inspection license in 2006 (License #2570). In 2015, he completed the Commercial Building Inspection course with Carson Dunlap Weldon.

Jonathan and his wife, Blair, live in Raleigh with their three boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, snow skiing, and going to Ocean Isle beach for a few weeks during the summer.
